General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the use of the 777abe platform and all its services. By accessing the 777abe website or app, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

777abe is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, casino games, slots, and live dealer games for users in Bangladesh. All platform operations follow Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

1.1 Precedence of Terms

1.2 Definitions

Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Process

Each individual may register only one account. All information provided during registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 KYC Verification

777abe may require identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) in the following cases:

• Before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain amount.
• If any suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• To ensure compliance with applicable rules when claiming a bonus.

For KYC, a scanned copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 777abe login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.2 Account Ownership

Each account is strictly personal. You may not allow anyone other than yourself to use your account. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but it is advisable that they use different devices and payment methods.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on 777abe are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The currency cannot be changed after the account is created.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds into 777abe: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• 777abe does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, the mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be cashed out.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times.

5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• 777abe may exclude certain games from bets placed with bonus funds.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.

5.3 VIP Program

The 777abe VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier promotions are determined at 777abe's discretion. Upon reaching a higher tier, additional benefits and special services are provided.

5.4 Promotional Abuse

If an attempt to exploit bonuses or promotional offers through improper means is detected (for example: multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated betting), 777abe reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The bet recorded in the server system will be considered final. Bets will not be voided due to loss of internet connection or device issues — the data stored on the server applies.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each game, event, or market. 777abe reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Updated limit information will be displayed on the platform.

6.3 Result Determination

The results of sports events will be determined based on the decisions of internationally recognised governing bodies. For casino games, the result stored on the provider's server is final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 777abe reserves the right to apply the correct result.

6.4 Cancelled Events

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. If a new schedule is set for the event, the opportunity to place bets again may be provided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777abe platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to platform systems.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Making false claims or complaints.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, 777abe reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the funds held in it.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

Account Closure and Suspension

777abe may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

10.2 Closure at User's Request

10.3 Funds in a Suspended Account
